As Bill listens to his clients’ needs, wants, and desires, his analysis of their financial capabilities allows him to create a customized home financing package. He always strives to offer a competitive interest rate along with an awareness of his clients’ preferences regarding risk versus security. He listens carefully and asks thoughtful questions to better understand what will allow them to benefit financially while maintaining peace of mind. Bill sincerely cares about his clients, and as a result, has developed many friendships over the years. He finds it truly fun to have new home buyers referred to him by their parents, who he helped finance their first home many years before.
As an experienced Mortgage Banker, Bill has the capability to match the right financing, interest, and loan program to best meet the unique needs of his clients. He has also cultivated a large group of trusted professionals and business associates that he loves to introduce to homeowners in need of other service providers. Outside the office, Bill enjoys playing golf and watching sporting events, attending the San Jose Rep, plays and musicals, along with the occasional opera or ballet.
Bill currently lives in Santa Clara with his wife, Candy.
